Meet The Team

Our Management team has had extensive experience with most major franchises, which recognize AIC Hospitality Group for its commitment to excellence. Our commitment to building long-term relationships with our investors, clients, lenders, and guests will provide steady, positive results in a constantly changing economic environment. We have assembled an experienced and entrepreneurial hospitality management team capable of achieving focused objectives. Members of the company's senior management have an average of 25 years of experience in all segments of the lodging industry, and have proved highly successful in the takeover, re-positioning, and optimization of hotel operations. 

Danny Lin is the founder and Chief Executive Officer and has extensive experience in the American hotel and hospitality industries. Mr. Lin has developed and currently owns two hotels in mainland China; which AIC Hospitality Group currently manages.

 

 

Mr. Lin started his career as one of the nation's largest Chinese hotel wholesaler; generating over $60 million dollars in revenue throughout the United States. Mr. Lin has opened several offices throughout Asia and has collaborated with more than 20,000 International travel agencies and hotel owners, providing for a comprehensive service for all of his portfolio hotels' needs. 

Jared Riccio is the Co-founder and Executve Vice President of AIC Hospitality Group. Mr. Riccio comes to AIC Hospitality Group with more than 15 years of management experience in the hospitality industry. Mr. Riccio has worked extensively in hotel management, room’s division operations, sales and marketing, openings, and renovations. 

 

Mr. Riccio has also played a crucial role in the development of opening several new-build Hilton hotels across the United States. He has served the industry in various capacities throughout his tenure as General Manager and consultant to franchise owners for their individual new hotel openings, Regional Manager and Director of Sales in the Hilton, Marriott and Wyndham systems. He received his CHA, CHSP certifications from the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Educational Institute.
